Volleyball Recap: Northland Takes a Loss

Northland came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Centennial Stars, falling 3-0. The Vikings have struggled against the Stars recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

While Northland was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-21, 25-18.

Northland's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Centennial, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.

Northland will square off against Columbus International at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Centennial, they will head out on the road to square off against East at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
