Recap: Minto Lakers vs. Non Varsity Opponent

The Minto Lakers won the last time they faced Non Varsity Opponent, and things went their way on Friday too. Minto snuck past Non Varsity Opponent with a 39-34 victory. The win made it back-to-back wins for Minto.

Minto's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Reese Gibson, who scored 14 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Gibson has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Jena Smith, who scored ten points.

Minto has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. As for Non Varsity Opponent, they bumped their record down to 89-153 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home.
