Volleyball Recap: Caldwell Comes Up Short

Caldwell lost against Flinthills back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bluejays fell 2-0 to the Mustangs. The Bluejays have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Ella Risley paced Caldwell's offense, picking up ten kills. Risley got some help from Ava Newell and her 13 assists.

Caldwell's loss dropped their record down to 15-17. As for Flinthills, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 23-7.

Caldwell didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Cedar Vale/Dexter on the 11th. As for Flinthills, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Argonia on the 11th.
