It was a good run, but Calvary Christian unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-match winning streak on Monday. They fell 3-1 to the Mason County Royals. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Calvary Christian of the 5-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Calvary Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 11-5. As for Mason County, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-7 record this season.

Coincidentally, Calvary Christian and Mason County will both be playing Ludlow the next time they take the pitch. The Royals will host the Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Cougars will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
