             New Braunfels has gone 10-0 against Seguin recently and they'll look to pad the win column further  on Friday. The New Braunfels Unicorns will take on the Seguin Matadors at 7:00  p.m. New Braunfels is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 35.9  points per game  this season.

 New Braunfels' defeat  ended  a  five-game streak of wins at home  dating back to last season and  dropped them to 5-3. As for Seguin,  the  victory  got them back to even at 4-4.
 Friday's  contest will pit two  of the most dominant  signal callers against one another:  NAMKEN and  Dailey. NAMKEN has put up some stellar numbers this year, and currently owns excellent season averages 200.9 passing yards and has 14 passing touchdowns on the season. For his part,  Dailey has averaged 247.6 passing yards and has 26 passing touchdowns on the season.
 Everything went New Braunfels' way against Seguin in their previous meeting  back in September of 2023, as New Braunfels made off with  a  45-22 win. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Seguin's  John Jackson, who rushed for 240 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.9 yards per carry. Now that he won't be playing  on Friday, will it be easier for New Braunfels to walk away with another win? There's only one way to find out.
