Volleyball Recap: Mesa Ridge Falls Short Against Ranked Rampart

On Thursday, Mesa Ridge faced Rampart in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Mesa Ridge Grizzlies came up short against the Rampart Rams, falling 3-0. The Grizzlies just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-21, 25-17.

Kaya Harris paced Mesa Ridge's offense, picking up five kills. Harris got some help from Daelin Skinner and his six assists.

Mesa Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Rampart, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Mesa Ridge has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Lutheran on the 8th. As for Rampart, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Legacy on the 8th.
