Basketball Recap: Elma Starts Season with Victory at Home + How To Watch

Elma took care of business in their home opener on Tuesday. They walked away with a 66-56 win over the Centralia Tigers. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Isaac McGaffey had an outrageously good game as he shot 64% from the field to rack up 23 points in addition to seven boards and three steals. He has been hot recently, having posted 16 or more points the last four times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Colt Landstrom, who posted ten points.

Centralia is on a 17-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, Elma will take on Raymond/South Bend at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Centralia, they will square off against Fort Vancouver at 7:00 p.m. on the 11th.
