Softball Recap: West Chicago Wildcats vs. Riverside-Brookfield Bulldogs

West Chicago was the 15-3 winner over Riverside-Brookfield when they last played one another on April 8th, but their luck changed this time around. The Wildcats came up short against the Bulldogs on Tuesday, falling 10-2. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tessa Banasiak was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-2 with one home run. The team also got some help courtesy of Finn Gallagher, who went 1-for-3 with one home run.

Meanwhile, Riverside-Brookfield (ranked 188th) will meet Elgin (ranked 522nd) at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
