Volleyball Recap: Lawrence Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Lawrence lost against Shawnee Mission East back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Lions fell 2-0 to the Lancers.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-9.

Lawrence has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's still a better percentage than their 5-17-1 record this season. As for Shawnee Mission East, their victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 15-8.

Looking ahead, Lawrence will challenge Shawnee Mission West at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Shawnee Mission East, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Olathe Northwest on the 11th.
