Football Recap: Harrison County Falls to Henry County in First Game of Season

Harrison County kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They were outmatched by the Henry County Wildcats and fell 47-14. The Thorobreds/Fillies were down 40-7 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Although Harrison County took the loss, they still got scores from Landon Custard and Hunter Jones.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Harrison County will head out to take on Fleming County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Henry County, they are packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will square off against Lafayette at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
