Football Recap: White Sulphur Springs Takes a Loss + How To Watch

White Sulphur Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They were a single point away from ending the streak, but they lost a 26-25 heartbreaker at the hands of the Reed Point/Rapelje Renegades. The Hornets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Renegades apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2017.

Malachi Eisenbraun continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Reed Point/Rapelje, rushing for 33 yards and two scores.

White Sulphur Springs' loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Reed Point/Rapelje, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.
