Softball Recap: Waterloo Comes Up Short

Waterloo came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 14-1 to the Eastridge Lancers.

Waterloo's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Eastridge, their victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Waterloo will welcome Palmyra-Macedon at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Eastridge, they will host Webster Schroeder at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
