Calhan had won six straight home games and Savannah Stewart did her part to make it seven on Saturday. The Calhan Bulldogs took down the North Fork Miners 50-31 thanks in part to Stewart, who shot 63% from the field en route to 14 points and seven steals. What's more, she also posted a 75% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's achieved since back in January of 2024.

Kailey Peterson was another key player, putting up two points in addition to seven steals and six rebounds. She has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last seven times she's played.

Calhan has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-9 record this season. North Fork's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-11.

Calhan has already played their next contest, a 43-33 win against Plateau Valley on the 7th. As for North Fork, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 57-27 defeat against Wiggins on the 7th.
