Soccer Recap: Robertsdale Comes Up Short

After flying high against Citronelle last Tuesday, Robertsdale came back down to earth. The Golden Bears took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Fairhope Pirates on Friday. Robertsdale haven't had much luck with Fairhope recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Robertsdale's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9-2. As for Fairhope, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-7-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Robertsdale nor Fairhope have any future games scheduled.
