Volleyball Recap: Okolona Comes Up Short

Okolona was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against the Baldwyn Bearcats, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bearcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in August.

Okolona was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Baldwyn work for it, especially in the third set. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-13, 26-24.

Okolona's defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Baldwyn, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-7.

Looking ahead, Okolona will head out to take on Ingomar at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Baldwyn, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Hamilton at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
