Football Recap: Harbor Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Harbor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 38-31 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Yerba Buena Aztec Warriors. The Pirates were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Aztec Warriors apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Despite the loss, Harbor still got an impressive performance from Malik Wooden, who picked up 117 receiving yards and three TDs. Wooden is crushing it when it comes to receiving touchdowns: he's hauled in at least two every time he's taken the field this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Andres Martinez, who threw for 193 yards and three touchdowns.

Harbor's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Yerba Buena, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Harbor wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 27-6 defeat against Mills on the 19th. As for Yerba Buena, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 42-36 win against Evergreen Valley on the 19th.
