Basketball Recap: Oak Park Extends Winning Streak to 14

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Oak Park had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They blew past the Portola Bulldogs 67-23. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 21 points or more this season.

The victory (which was Oak Park's 14th in a row) raised their record to 21-3. As for Portola, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-15.

Looking ahead, Oak Park will face off against North at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. North will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something Oak Park surely won't give up without a fight. Portola does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
