Recap: Polo Panthers vs. Braymer Bobcats
If the Polo Panthers were feeling good off their 74-49 takedown of the Winston Red Birds on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Polo's tough 63-38 defeat to Braymer on Thursday might stick with them for a while. Polo was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Braymer apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February.
Jordan Haley had an outrageously good game for Braymer as he scored 26 points along with 7 rebounds and 6 assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Caegan Sensenich, who scored 14 points along with 3 steals.
Polo's defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Braymer, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Polo will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Putnam County at 6:00 p.m. on December 15th. As for Braymer, they will take on Maysville at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
