Head-Royce has gone 9-1 against College Prep recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Jayhawks will look to defend their home court against the Cougars at 5:00 p.m.

Head-Royce is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Berean Christian just ended the team's three-match winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 3-2. While the Jayhawks didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Eagles 25-14 in the first set.

Head-Royce took a 2-1 lead headed into the fourth set, but sadly they lost the next two. The match finished with set scores of 14-25, 25-23, 24-26, 25-19, 15-8.

Meanwhile, College Prep waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Eagles as they made off with a 3-0 victory.

While College Prep won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-23, 25-8.

College Prep's win bumped their record up to 15-9. As for Head-Royce, their loss dropped their record down to 16-8.

Everything went Head-Royce's way against College Prep in their previous matchup on October 3rd, as Head-Royce made off with a 3-0 victory. Do the Jayhawks have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Cougars turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
