After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Half Moon Bay, Sequoia was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 54-52 win over the Terra Nova Tigers. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Ravens as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Sequoia's record now sits at 6-7. As for Terra Nova, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 7-6 record.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Sequoia will square off against rival Carlmont at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Terra Nova is set to challenge their familiar foe Half Moon Bay at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
