After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Neenah, Oshkosh North was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Ripon Tigers a 5-0 shutout. That five goal margin sets a new team best for Oshkosh North this season.

Oshkosh North's win bumped their record up to 4-1-2. As for Ripon, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Oshkosh North will head out to challenge Oshkosh West at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ripon, they will challenge Plymouth at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Plymouth will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Ripon surely won't give up without a fight.
