Recap: Hawthorne Hornets vs. Newberry Panthers
The Hawthorne Hornets extended their postseason success on Saturday against the Newberry Panthers. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Panthers and snuck past 76-74. The win was nothing new for Hawthorne as they're now sitting on 12 straight.

Newberry's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Henry Mathias, who scored 22 points. Another player making a difference was Kaleb Woods, who scored 16 points.
