Volleyball Recap: River Valley Comes Up Short

River Valley came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Kingsley-Pierson Panthers, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Wolverines have suffered since September 12, 2024.

River Valley's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Kingsley-Pierson, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. River Valley will face off against rival Odebolt Arthur Battle Creek Ida Grove at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Kingsley-Pierson is set to take on their familiar foe Lawton-Bronson on Tuesday.
