Volleyball Recap: Gates Chili Falls to Penfield in First Game of Season

Gates Chili unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They came up short against the Penfield Patriots on Friday, falling 3-0. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it four in a row.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Gates Chili will face off against rival Edison Tech at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Penfield is set to challenge their familiar foe Churchville-Chili at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
