Baseball Recap: 14 Straight Home Wins for Strasburg-Franklin

Strasburg-Franklin waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 5-1 win over the Sandy Valley Cardinals. For the Tigers, this counts as revenge for the 6-0 victory the Cardinals walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2024.

Brody Baughmam spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on three hits and racked up 13 Ks.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Caden Dugan, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI. That triple was his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Brodie Hurst, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.
