With a playoff win on the line, Kennard-Dale rose to the challenge on Monday. They came out on top against the Fort LeBoeuf Bison by a score of 5-2. The victory was familiar territory for the Rams, who have now won six matchups in a row.

Taryn Ashenfelter spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned (and one unearned) run on seven hits and racked up 12 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in ten consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Kennard-Dale's win was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Addie Argiro, who went 1-for-3 with two runs. Another was Hailey Serruto, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one RBI.

Kennard-Dale's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 25-3. As for Fort LeBoeuf, the defeat snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 19-4 record.

Kennard-Dale has already played their next contest, a 6-0 loss against Valley View on the 12th. Fort LeBoeuf does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
