Volleyball Recap: Olathe West Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory + How To Watch

Olathe West came tearing into Tuesday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Lawrence Lions 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on September 13th.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Olathe West was: they took every set by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-11, 25-12.

Olathe West had a senior duo take command as Neely Leathers had seven aces, six digs, and one block and Kaiya Finazzo had eight digs and two aces. Leathers has been hot for a while, having also posted 12 or more assists the last 39 times she's played.

Olathe West was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 16 aces. That's the most aces they've managed all season.

Olathe West's record is now 14-3. As for Lawrence, they dropped their record down to 2-12 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.
