Fremont waltzed into their contest on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Hesperia Panthers by a score of 4-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 8-1 on Friday.

Fremont's victory was truly a team effort as six different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Lukas Carrier, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI. Eli Waite also deserves some recognition as he got his first hit of the season.

Fremont's win bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Hesperia, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, Fremont will challenge Shelby at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Hesperia, they are taking a road trip to face off against Hart at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
