Softball Preview: Archer City Wildcats vs. Lindsay Knights
The Archer City Wildcats will challenge the Lindsay Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Archer City will be strutting in after a win while Lindsay will be coming in after a loss.

Addison Canada made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. Canada has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 12 consecutive pitching appearances. Canada was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two RBI.
In other batting news, MaKaylee McCown was incredible, scoring three runs while going 3-for-3. Another player making a difference was Alyssa Schroeder, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Even though they lost, Lindsay hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Collinsville struck out six times.
The victory made it two in a row for Archer City and bumps their season record up to 13-13-1. As for Lindsay, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-11.
