Softball Recap: Liberty Takes a Loss

Liberty's tournament run continued when they took on Petersburg on Wednesday. The Raiders came up short against the Vikings, falling 12-2. The Raiders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Liberty saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Katie Mullens, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base.

Liberty's defeat dropped their record down to 18-10. As for Petersburg, their victory bumped their record up to 14-10.

While Liberty had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
