Football Game Preview: Forest Hills Northern Huskies vs. Reeths-Puffer Rockets + How To Watch

The Forest Hills Northern Huskies will head out on the road to square off against the Reeths-Puffer Rockets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

On Friday, Forest Hills Northern ended up a good deal behind Muskegon and lost 40-21. While losing is never fun, the Huskies can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 90th, while the Big Reds are ranked 16th).

Meanwhile, after only seven points in their last contest, Reeths-Puffer made sure to put some points up on the board against Union on Friday. The Rockets breezed past the Red Hawks to the tune of 37-6. The Rockets not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since September 20, 2024 (when they won 48-13).

Forest Hills Northern now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Reeths-Puffer, their win bumped their record up to an identical 2-3.

Forest Hills Northern strolled past Reeths-Puffer in their previous matchup back in September of 2024 by a score of 31-13. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Huskies since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
