Soccer Recap: Bernstein Comes Up Short

Bernstein was the 3-2 winner over Belmont when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bernstein Dragons took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Belmont Sentinels on Friday. That's two games in a row now that the Dragons have lost by exactly two goals.

This is the second loss in a row for Bernstein and nudges their season record down to 9-6-3. As for Belmont, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-5-2.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Contreras the next time they take the pitch. Belmont will head out to face Contreras at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while Bernstein will host them at 4:00 p.m. on February 7th.
