Soccer Recap: Payette Takes a Loss

Payette was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Parma Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Parma this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-0 back in September.

Payette's goal came courtesy of Keller King, who's now up to seven this season.

Payette's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10-2. As for Parma, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Payette will take on rival Weiser at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Parma is set to square off against their familiar foe Fruitland at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
