            The Erie-Prophetstown Panthers will face off against the Princeton Tigers at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Erie-Prophetstown will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
Erie-Prophetstown took a six-run  defeat the last time they faced off against Princeton, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Panthers narrowly escaped with a  victory as the  team sidled past the Tigers  10-9. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since May 4, 2021, but that streak is no more.
The team  relied heavily on  Alyssah Padia, who  went 3-for-4 with three  runs and two  doubles. That's the most  hits  she has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kayler Pritchard, who  went 2-for-4 with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI.
