Volleyball Recap: Natrona County Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Natrona County extended their losing streak to nine on Tuesday, dropping them down to 3-14. They lost 3-0 to the Riverton Wolverines. The Mustangs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wolverines apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

As for Riverton, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-15 record this season. That looming 3-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for them yet this season.

Riverton can attribute much of their success to Tailyn Shaffer, who had 13 digs and four assists. That's the most digs Shaffer has posted over her last eight matches.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Natrona County will square off against rival Jackson Hole at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Riverton is set to challenge their familiar foe Rock Springs at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
