Soccer Game Preview: Ponaganset vs. Burrillville + How To Watch

The Ponaganset Chieftains will challenge the Burrillville Broncos at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Having struggled with six defeats in a row, Ponaganset turned things around against Toll Gate on Thursday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 3-3 draw. The result was nothing new for Ponaganset as the squad haven't won a game since September 22nd.

Marron Nearney and Katie Damiano scored all three of Ponaganset's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 22 goals.

Meanwhile, Burrillville kept a clean sheet against Central on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Knights with a sharp 6-0 victory. Considering Burrillville have won seven matchups by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Ponaganset's draw makes their record 3-10-2 this season. As for Burrillville, their win bumped their record up to 11-2-1.
