Soccer Recap: Bremen Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bremen can now relate to. They fell just short of the NorthWood Panthers by a score of 2-1 on Wednesday. Bremen haven't had much luck with NorthWood recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Bremen's goal came courtesy of Jared Alvarado, who's now up to 11 this season.

Bremen's loss dropped their record down to 9-7-2. As for NorthWood, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-6-2.

Bremen does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for NorthWood, they will take on South Bend Saint Joseph at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
