Patrick Henry hadn't beaten Morse on the road since March 4, 2022 but that history sure didn't bother them on Friday. The Patriots put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in April.

While Patrick Henry won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-21, 25-23.

Caleb Weinert paced Patrick Henry's offense, picking up 13 kills. Weinert got some help from Sylas Doan and his 38 assists. Finally, Connor Carr kept Patrick Henry's defense grounded, leading the team with four blocks.

Morse's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jacob Frijas, who had 12 digs. Jhiovanni Lacosta was another key player, getting 16 assists.

Patrick Henry is on a roll lately: they've won 16 of their last 18 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-7 record this season. As for Morse, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-16.

As of now, neither Patrick Henry nor the Tigers have any future games scheduled.
