Basketball Recap: TJ Duhe Leads a Balanced Attack to Beat Warren Easton

Archbishop Rummel's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Warren Easton Fighting Eagles by a score of 52-41. The score was all tied up 23-23 at the break, but the Raiders were the better team in the second half.

Archbishop Rummel's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but TJ Duhe led the charge by putting up 18 points and three steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Duhe has scored at least a third of Archbishop Rummel's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jamarcus Jones, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten boards.

Archbishop Rummel's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 15-9. As for Warren Easton, they dropped their record down to 16-24 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road.
