Mountain Lakes won the last time they faced Boonton and things went their way on Friday too. The Lakers simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Bombers 42-14. Given the Lakers' advantage in MaxPreps' New Jersey football rankings (they are ranked 103rd, while the Bombers are ranked 217th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.

Although Boonton took the loss, they still got scores from Jack Allen and Dustin Ackerman.
