Softball Recap: Pulaski County Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Pulaski County had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Hidden Valley Titans by a score of 5-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 4-3 on Tuesday.

Sara Ritter was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. What's more, she posted two RBI, the most she's had since back in April. Another player making a difference was Victoria Hale, who went 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Pulaski County's win bumped their record up to 10-7. As for Hidden Valley, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season.

Pulaski County will have a chance to go back-to-back against Hidden Valley: the pair will be back at it again later today.
