Volleyball Recap: Morris Extends Winning Streak to Four

Morris had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Serena Huskers. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Morris also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Morris can attribute much of their success to Alyssa Jepson, who had ten digs and two aces. Brooklyn Nigro also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

Morris' victory bumped their record up to 24-5. As for Serena, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-8-1.

Morris didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Manteno on the 18th. Serena has also already played their next match (against Peotone), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
