Bishop Amat lost to Loyola back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Lancers took down the Cubs 30-14. Given the Lancers' advantage in MaxPreps' California football rankings (they are ranked 49th, while the Cubs are ranked 131st) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
