Soccer Recap: Kent Denver Comes Up Short

Kent Denver's game on Friday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Mullen Mustangs by a score of 2-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Kent Denver of the 2-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Kent Denver's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Mullen, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Kent Denver will host Fort Lupton at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mullen, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Colorado Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
