Soccer Recap: Kent Denver Takes a Loss

Kent Denver's game on Friday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Mullen Mustangs by a score of 2-1. Kent Denver were not able to make up for their defeat to Mullen from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.

Kent Denver's goal came courtesy of Kobe Thai, which was the first he's scored this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Kent Denver and nudges their season record down to 0-2. As for Mullen, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Kent Denver will face off against Fort Lupton at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mullen, they will challenge Colorado Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
