Football Recap: Swansea Takes a Loss

Swansea fell victim to Newberry and their airtight defense on Friday. They were outmatched by the Bulldogs and fell 43-0. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina football rankings (they are ranked 94th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 31st).

Swansea's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-2. As for Newberry, the win keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

As of now, neither Swansea nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
