Plano West is 8-2 against Plano since October of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Wolves will look to defend their home court against the Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. Plano West is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last seven games.

Plano West had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Rock Hill on Tuesday. The Wolves put the hurt on the Blue Hawks with a sharp 3-0 win.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Plano, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. Everything went their way against Princeton on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Wildcats in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won four in a row.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Plano was: they took every set by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-12, 25-7.

Plano West better focus on containing Bella Osborn and Savannah Osborn as the pair were huge in Plano's win. Bella had 16 digs and three assists, while Savannah had eight digs and two aces. That's the most digs Savannah has posted since back in September. Destiny Seaward also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.

Plano's victory bumped their record up to 24-8. As for Plano West, their win bumped their record up to 23-4.
