North took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-5, 25-11, 25-12.

Meanwhile, Tantasqua Regional came up short against Grafton on Friday and fell 3-1.

North's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Tantasqua Regional, they now have a losing record of 7-8.
