Volleyball Recap: Pocahontas County Comes Up Short

Pocahontas County lost against Pendleton County back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Warriors came up short against the Wildcat, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-9, 25-9.

Pocahontas County's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Pendleton County, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season.

Pocahontas County has already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Elkins on the 27th. As for Pendleton County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Tygarts Valley on the 30th.
