South Columbus's game last Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the East Bladen Eagles 8-7. This was a revenge game for the Stallions: when they faced off against the Eagles two weeks ago, they had to take a 9-8 loss.

South Columbus' victory bumped their record up to 6-8. As for East Bladen, the defeat snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 7-6 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Columbus will face off against South Stanly at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for East Bladen, they will square off against Whiteville at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The last three games the Wolfpack have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
